You don’t need an expensive Rib Roast to serve up a moist and tender Roast Beef from the grill. Our simple grilling technique uses Beef Rub, searing, roasting at a high temperature for the first 45 minutes, and then cooked “low and slow” for about additional 2 hours. This inexpensive, lean cut of beef is perfect for the tailgating party and family picnic, and is one of our favorite beef recipes for the grill. -BBQ Pit Boys. Black BBQ What’s your best recipe for baby back ribs in the oven?
Filed Under BBQ Recipes | 3 Comments
I’ve always loved BBQ. But when I lived in the city of LA a coworker who was black told me that I didn’t know BBQ unless I had black BBQ. And 13 years later I must say that the black BBQ she brought in was the best BBQ I’ve ever tasted, Is there any brother or sister in here that would be kind enough to give me a recipe for some kind of black BBQ. I got some baby backs to cook. Or anything else your recipe calls for. Thanks!
I didn’t mean to offend. My coworker was a black woman who used the words “black BBQ” She set out to a black BBQ house in Palmdale California to buy the food. She said it was run by a black family. That’s all i know. But damn was it good!

Rib Eye Steak Recipe by the BBQ Pit Boys
Filed Under BBQ Recipes | 25 Comments
The BBQ Pit Boys show you the “tips and tricks” to help you easily serve up the “best steak anywhere”, the Rib Eye Steak. What makes the Rib Eye #1 for many? The Rib Eye steak, or ribeye, also known as the Delmonico or Scotch Fillet (Australia), is a beef steak from the small end of the rib roast. When the Rib Eye section of the beef is cut into steaks, it is one of the most popular, tender and juiciest steaks available. This is because the meat from the rib section is tender and fattier or “marbled” more than most other parts of the steer. This extra fat makes Rib Eye steaks and roasts especially tender and flavorful. The Rib Eye steak is usually served bone-in, particularly at high quality steakhouses -the extra moisture and fat alongside the bone enhances the flavor. So get yourself some 1 to 11/2 lb and 11/2″-2″ thick Rib Eye steaks –and then go “fire up” that BBQ grill of yours -it’s time for some real STEAK On The Barbecue.
